EC FANS ON BOTH EVAPORATING AND CONDENSING SECTIONS
The fans used are EC brushless on both evaporating and condensing sections, This allows the HRCM to adapt to many different configurations of ducting and to benefit from high efficiency at partial loads.
EVAPORATING COIL WITH HYDROPHILIC TREATMENT
The aluminum fins of the evaporating coil are treated with a hydrophilic coating to ease the collection of condensation water in the drain pan (stainless steel) and prevents recirculation back into the rack through the air flow.
HOT GAS BY-PASS TO PREVENT THE COMPRESSOR FROM STAGING ON/OFF AT LOW LOADS
A hot gas by-pass system reduces oscillation occurring in the compressor at low thermal load conditions.
HRCM is the new generation of monoblock rack coolers for high-density heat loads.
The onboard condensing section version allows a significant reduction in installation costs, having no refrigerant lines.
The flanges for the condensing air ducts are located on the top of the unit, thus easing further the installation steps.
